Tattoo Artist

Steven started his career in the Tattoo Industry at 17 years old. From scrubbing floors to chatting at the front counter he eventually levelled up and started his piercing apprenticeship in 2003 that quickly turn into a tattoo apprenticeship at Body Blast Tattoo.

After a few years at the same shop he opened a shop and art gallery of his own, Legends Tattoo and Gallery, in Tulare California in 2007.

At the birth of his firstborn he decided to sell his shop, packed his growing family up and move to the Central Coast where he met up with Keith Duggan of Pismo Beach and with him opened Ink Dynasty Tattoo in downtown Pismo.

His remained an Ink Dynasty resident artist for 13 years. After spending a year in Santa Maria at The Painted Horse he made his way right here to Morro Bay in early 2026 to work with his long time friend Brian Wilkinson at TMT’s 13th Bell.

He specializes in anything large scale. Color or Black and Grey! With an extensive portfolio of American and Neo Traditional; floral work; and traditional Japanese. He also enjoys many different styles of indigenous, and tribal work.
